Round 2Cognitive Ability Test

1) Framework Structure: Separate the framework into utilities, page objects, test cases, and test data folders; 2) Excel Utility Layer: Build an `ExcelUtil` class using Apache POI that reads rows and cells from an external `.xlsx` file into a 2D `Object[][]` array; 3) TestNG DataProvider: In the test class, create a method annotated with `@DataProvider(name = 'loginData')` that calls the Excel utility; 4) Parameterized Test Execution: Annotate test methods with `@Test(dataProvider = 'loginData')`, accepting parameters (username, password, expectedResult) dynamically for each row; 5) Thread Safety: Use `ThreadLocal<WebDriver>` so that TestNG can execute data-driven iterations in parallel across multiple threads without state collisions.
